About Me
My name is Bryce, and I currently live in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. I think a lot about stuff, and even write about it sometimes here at Musings on Mormonism. As I see it, Mormonism encompasses and is pertinent to all facets of life; it is inextricably concerned with life’s purpose and the myriad experiences which make up the meaningful journey of each individual life. Thus, when I say I am Musing on Mormonism here, I mean that I am contemplating and reflecting on the mystery, adventure, and discovery of life itself. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, its doctrines and programs, and their power to profoundly change lives , provide a firm and empowering framework by which to examine life. They are all true and essential – without them, I would have little foundation upon which to muse with any degree of clarity or certainty on anything. However, they are the tip of the iceberg. And it’s a pretty sweet iceberg!
Although I love the LDS Church and its teachings, I certainly do not speak for it, and all opinions expressed here are merely my own. Official information on the teachings of the LDS Church can be found here.
